DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABY HERE! The owner is abusive and does not treat animals well. She has kicked dogs and, as another commenter said, zip tied dogs' mouths shut! Completely unacceptable. This place should be investigated by animal control or the humane society.

I visited Pet Stop with my family over the weekend. I was so impressed with not only the great selection of products, but the staff as well! The staff was so caring and nice to my family and were very knowledgable about the products and animals they sell! The animals are healthy and you can tell are well taken care of. I also thought it was cool that they have shelter animals there for people to adopt too. Oh, and they have a self pet wash and professional grooming. I have never visited a pet store quite like this before--but I loved it! We will definately frequent Pet Stop for all our pet supply needs!

Wow. A pet store like this in BG. What a pleasant suprise!

The place is clean, has a lot of supplies and its where you can find it. The folks there are friendly and answered every question I had. Nice place to do business. I'll be back!
