Very upset,I purchased 2 Guinea pigs, 1 was eat up with ringworms,I called,they didnt even offer to treat the infected piggies and suggested a vet as I didnt want to return them....the vet bill was outrageous, 2 weeks later my piggie died....would not recommend this place at all

I went there today to get my dog groomed. It said walk in welcome. The tech was so RUDE. I was about to cuss her out. I explained we are traveling i have his up to date shot records and he has been a regular but in Ohio. She told me NO ! We are packed So i took him to Three Springs Vet i got the Spa package for $37,00 I am glad she refused to see him we got a better deal with all the Bells and wistles. Petsmart you suck. I will Never take my business there again Ever.

just walking in there is depressing. It's dark, there is no music playing, it's dirty, and the employees don't know how to properly take care of their aquatic animals. Every time I look through the grooming glass I see dogs getting their hair cut and it's always cut too severely short. A girl came out with her dog and was asking her boyfriend what the hell did they do to their dog. I will never take my dog there to get groomed, the new Petco near best buy is the best.

Their prices maybe great but their customer service sucks. The last few times I've been in there I either have to track down an associate or end up just leaving. I ended up going to Petco and paying a $1.49 more for the same fish but had a better experience.

Took my Maltipo puppy there and told them to just thin it because her breed with THIN WHITE HAIR is sensitive to sunburning. What I get back is a shaking hacked dog with close cropped hair. IDIOTS!!!! Pet smart just lost a loyal customer of over 15 years! I could have done a better job.

Do not take your dog to this location for grooming. My poor Max was traumatized by his experience at this location. I called them a day later to ask if anything happened during his grooming that stuck out and they said no. He is a black dog so it took a few days to find, but they literally almost cut a chunk out of both of his ears. It's been 3 weeks and his poor ears are still healing and will be for another few. The poor guy didn't even go back to acting normal until a week ago. Petsmart is decently priced but I'd rather pay 200 dollars than my dog be harmed.
