We are a specialty coffee roasting company located in Bowling Green, Kentucky. We source responsibly and selectively. We choose free trade options where relevant, lean towards the natural and organic and favor family, co-op and female producers. We choose to avoid direct trade. Blends can be a beautiful flavor balance. More often, they're used to hide cheap or old beans. So, we don't do blends. We find beans that we love, use conscientious importers to procure them, and roast them to perfection.
