Went in to discuss a problem with Frank (the owner) about my vehicle and find out about getting it repaired. I explained that I'm a do-it-yourselfer (DIYer) but I eventually have to give up and have someone else fix a problem for me, at some point I just don't have the specialized tools, equipment, knowledge or experience to figure out a problem myself. I explained what I had tried and Frank spent about 15 minutes discussing ideas about what I could try next and suggestions about how to do so. He was very helpful and nice. I will probably end up having them do the repair, unless I get very fortunate and find the fix, using his suggestions! Another very positive experience I had was when this vehicle had stalled a couple of weeks ago in a high traffic situation, and wouldn't start, one of his tow truck drivers stopped and helped push it off of the road and out of rush hour traffic. That employee was also very nice! So far, a very POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!

Thank-you Frank's Auto for repairing the steering on my truck so quickly. Your technician did a great job communicating the problem to me and made necessary repairs. Truck has had zero issues since.
