This contractor cannot be recommended. Somehow big g was the sole roofing contractor for marrano homes. We built a home w marrano in 2007. Every year I spend anywhere from $1000-$2000 replacing lost or damaged shingles. If we have winds 30 mph or higher...We'd count on loosing shingles. What a joke. Every time I replaced the shingles the contractor would tell me the same thing... this roof job wasn't properly installed. Shame on marrano and big g. Also big g was contracted by marrano to install a front door frame on our house. Guess what? That leaked within 6 months. 6 months of owning the home! It was never sealed ! Pathetic! Big G also never properly sealed our windows. I had to pay out of my own pocket after we built to have that done because big g and marrano were just too much of a pain in the a** to deal with. Think twice about using big g (or building w marrano home if they use contractors this in incompetent!!)

WORST EVER!!! It starts when you can never talk to anyone until after 9, then the rude lady that answers first just transfers you down to a nother girl that tells you that the sales people are only in the office from 7-9!?!?!?!? 7-9 but you dont answer the phone til after 9!!! The only people i can ever seem to talk to is the first rude lady that will not talk to you and the girl in the "service" department that tries to help but is not who i want to talk to. then after a million times of trying to get a hold of someone i just get a proposal in the mail. I have them do the work at my house and find out that they just gave my job to someone else!!!!!!! I am so infuriated!!! how could you just charge me for doing NOTHING!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! i will ask for proof of insurance and demand that my work be done by who i am paying.

Big G did a great job with my roofing and siding, they were professional, and clean all of the workers were so great and other than the great new roofing and siding i would have never known they were there :)
