Provided by YP.comBuyer beware, took my vehicle to Paul’s to get work done. In the process of the repair they over tightened the hose clamp to the radiator and cracked the connection. As a result the radiator failed within a few days of getting the car back and now needs to be replaced. When I took the car back to Paul’s I was told it would be another $360 bill to get the radiator replaced. When questioned about their responsibility for breaking the part I was told it was fine when it left the lot and I had a bad attitude so I should come pick up the car because he refused to fix it anymore. Now I am stuck repairing a radiator that they broke.

Provided by YP.comI worked for Paul while I was doing my undergrad at Mines. He is very honest and has amazing ability to visualize how engine parts will behave in a dynamic environment. We had very few comebacks while I was there and most were minor considering the amount and type of work they do. Still today, I wouldn't hesitate to give him my money to build me a motor.

Had a 350 long block w/ cam built here. Main seal went after 1100 miles!!! They wouldn't warranty, or in Paul's words " I don't think I want to warranty this engine." Horrible customer service!! No offer to repair at a discount or anything. Not to hesitant to STEAL my $1500 from me a month earlier. WILL NOT RECCOMEND. If i could give NO stars, I would have.

Provided by YP.comI will take my vehicle to this repair shop anytime I need it repaired. They were honest, friendly and very patiet with me and all my questions. One repair shop told me I needed $2000 in repairs. A friend told me to take it to Paul. He told me the other repair shop was incorrect with the diagnosis and fixed the problem for $100. I recommend Pauls to anyone needing their car repaired.
