I've been sending my car to Kaizen for about two and a half years now, and each experience is better than the last. These guys are professionals and enthusiasts, and the end result is unparalleled customer service and support. From my major engine overhaul to simple oil changes, the staff at KT have the health of your engine and your wallet in mind and routinely exceed my expectations. The long and short of it is this; if you own a performance car in the greater New England area (and beyond), you need to make sure it sees the shop floor at Kaizen Tuning... You won't regret it.

The folks at Kaizen Tuning are one of those people that I have come to trust. When I drop off my car to have some new parts installed and tuned, I don't worry for a second that the mechanics will perform a second rate job and abuse my vehicle. I don't worry that they will take my car out for joy rides outside of what is needed to ensure their job has been completed properly.



At many shops, you are simply treated as "that guy" with "that car". No one knows your name, and you are nothing more than a person with a wallet looking to hand over some money. At Kaizen, everyone from the sales staff, to the mechanics, and even the owner, puts forth the effort to get to know both you AND your car.



Scott, the owner, is a very honest man that will never try to sell you something you don't need for your application. He's not going to try to sell you a triple plate clutch for your stock power car nor would he recommend you slap on a gigantic turbo onto your stock motor car. He's the driver of the shop's Time Attack winning Evo X too, so don't assume that he doesn't know anything about racing.



Picking the right shop for your car is no easy feat. That is why I encourage you to visit the shop, talk to the people working there, and talk to some of their many happy customers before you make your decision. Tell them Vince sent you :)

Ive been going to Kaizen Tuning for the past 5 months, from day one the costumer service has been amazing. The techs are awesome, and honest with any issues they may find. All the techs go above and beyond every time I have brought my car in. Their tuner is one of the best, full of information every time Ive spoken with him.

I would and have recommended Kaizen Tuning to anyone who wants their car modified or tuned. These guys really know what they are talking about and willing to help you every step of the way.
