I wouldn't recommend anyone who truly care for their loved one to be place at Kellie's. The employees that we dealt with was very disrespectful. One of the supervisor Susie Washington has a horrible and very snoody attitude. She is related to the director Glenda Washington so I'm sure that has a lot to do with overlooking and sweeping issue under they rug. The way they let their employees speak to the consumers is totally ridiculous. Every issue we had was met with an excuse to justify the employees behavior. We the consumer was even told by one of the employees that my uncle was assaulted sexually. My mother was trying to explain my uncles condition and they never listen. He was not reprimanded for what he said...mind you he is not a doctor. You do not make assumption like that without proof...that could be grounds for legal action. These are the type of ppl who think they know everything and will not listen to anything you say. They all stick together and cover their behinds when you catch them in a lie. When you stand up and tell them what you want and they don't want to comply they send you a dismissal letter because they do not want to provide care for your loved one. Kellie's is not the place to put your family member. The director isn't any better she goes alone with what her employees say and lie about. Their attitudes stink and when you come back at them with the same attitude they can't take it. Uppity acting ppl who think they are better than the average. I don't appreciate ppl who look down on other and talk to ppl with a degrading tone. All it took was a mth to realize this was not the place for me uncle. Please don't put your relatives here. I wish I knew what I knew now before I wasting time and energy to put him there.
