I WISH that I could give this florist a ZERO, the name should be changed to "HORRID,RUDE and UNPROFFESSIONAL, I placed an order (2 May 2016) on the company's website, via a Google search for a florist, near Springtown, TX, I received confirmation that my Mother's Day order was received, 3 May 16, I received an email, RUDELY telling me to finf another florist. PERIOD! It was not until I called to find out why, that I was told by the OWNER, that she was stressed, booked up, my address was too far andhow she did me a favor even sending the email! WHAT?? I told her that her site allowed me to place the order and nothing was shown or given regarding her lack of help to get my order delivered, EVERY florist in the WORLD, KNOWS that Mother's Day is the MAJOR delivery day for flowers, Celebrations Florist should have been more prepared, preventing her obvious frustration and taking it out on customers, I did NOT appreciate how she spoke to me and she is VERY lucky there are laws in place!!!!!!

This is a very unprofessional business! I do not usually write reviews, but feel the need to after my experience with this company. I ordered a delivery of chocolates on the Celebrations Florist website for my DAD'S BIRTHDAY. Apparently, there is only one florist in Boyd, Texas, so I was sure that this was the right way to go, considering that they would know the area... wrong! Jennifer with Celebrations called and left a message ON THE DAY THE DELIVERY WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MADE and said that she had already charged my card, but they had "issues" delivering to that area. So she cancelled my order and refunded my money, but now I'm left with no gift at my father's home for his birthday. They let small-town drama get in the way of providing services to willing customers. Sounds like a pretty unintelligent move to me.
