This is absolutely positively the best auto shop I've ever been to. It is a small town shop locally owned and operated. The owner John, helped me fix my Corolla through a myriad of obstacles. I was instantly impressed by his hard work, integrity, and most of all, honesty. He went above and beyond, doing more than any mechanic I've ever met. He is personable and faithfully communicated with me at each step of the process.

I found John's shop because I'm frugal. He offers cash discounts and gives the option to bring your own parts. So, seeing the opportunity for a good deal, a deal much better than I had been quoted elsewhere, I took him my car and some bearings I bought at AutoZone and I told him I thought my front driver side bearings were out--but I couldn't be sure. He not only took my car for a test drive to confirm it was indeed the bearings, he tested both sides for me and discovered it was the passenger side, not the driver's side that needed fixing. He saved me from an expensive folly, as any other shop would have just done what I had told them and fixed the side that didn't need fixing. Moreover, the last independent mechanic I used had ruined the axle nut by rounding it. John had to spend an hour welding the nut off. Through a considerable amount of effort he managed to remove the nut while keeping the cv axle threads and hub assembly from being damaged in the process, saving me from expensive additional repairs.

I'm not sure how else I can say it. If you're on the fence about choosing Super Shop, get off the fence and give John a call. My car drives like a dream now and I confess I am now a life long customer. I know where I'll be going next time I need auto repairs. John is honest, hard working, and will give you a good deal. Olivia, his secretary, is fantastic, helpful, and charming. They are good people and you will give a good deal, and at the end of the day you will know you supported a deserving small business.

VERY OVERPRICED AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! OWNER USES GOD BLESS YOU AND PROCLAIMS TO BE A CHRISTIAN MAN BUT HIS SMART ATTITUDE PROVES OTHER WISE! DID A LOT OF UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS ON MY CAR AND CHARGED ME AND THEN WHEN I TOLD HIM I DID NOT AUTHORIZE, HE TELLS ME HE CAN PUT OLD PARTS BACK ON BUT WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE ME. MY CAR IS NOW IN ANOTHER SHOP AFTER SUPER SHOP CHANGED MY TIMING BELT, SEEMS AS THOUGH BOLTS WERE LEFT LOOSE ON MY TIMING BELT CAUSING MY CAR TO JUMP TIME. I WOULDN'T EVEN TAKE A ROLLER SKATE TO THESE PEOPLE. HAVE HEARD NUMEROUS HORROR STORIES SINCE THEN FROM PROFOUND PEOPLE IN THIS SMALL TOWN. WILL NEVER TOUCH ANOTHER ONE OF OUR VEHICLES EVER AGAIN!!
