We had a hard drive shipped here two weeks ago for transfer. They've been completely unresponsive. Their main phone number listed is either a fax (which didn't work) or a modem. I tried calling the other numbers and it just rang and rang. Microsoft Tech Support can't even get in touch with them. We have an entire city missing their archives and it's like no one works at this data center.
