DO NOT RENT FROM ROBBINS THEY ARE THE WORST. I moved on South Florida in 2005 and have rented ever since. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with and I am VERY HAPPY to have moved away from their management.

Ashley Lake Park, under the old management, was a great place to live.... granted, Robbins or the owners, made some great improvements but they have made living there a total nightmare . You all have been warned!!!!

It is sad to say that this apartments complex is going down the hill. I gets upsetting is that they fix the outside, but inside the apartments is terrible and very old appliances. I move in about six months ago and they promises me that they will remodel my kitchen and I'm still waiting for that to happen. At this point is okay because I called the WVPT CHANNEL 5 and they are coming in December . They are going to take picture inside the apartment and after they going to speak with the 36 residents that sign the disclosure form and about 24 residents are participating in the video showing their apartment too. Many residents are upset because they been living here for many years and nothing is being remodel. Some have a Black Refrigerator with the rest of the kitchen appliances in another color nothing match. The cabinets in the kitchen falling apart, most off the resident had to compromise so they can put their food in the cabinets. It is just Terrible

Hope something is beeing done.



P/S. Now sign everywhere rent for 3 month FREE, that is just crazy. many lowe class people moving here, police in the apartment amost every day. Is really sad that they giving free rent to people outside, but theyare not willing to keep their good resident who's lost their job.





I would not recommed this place if is the last place to leave in the world.
