Provided by YP.comThe other bad reviews on this site are disgruntled parents that are giving the facility a bad name for a specific situation. You know what they say, some people you can never please. My 20 month old son has been attending this school for months and we have had such an exceptional experience from start to finish. I love this facility and the staff, I can go to work at ease knowing my son is being taken care of the way he would at home. SAFE, CLEAN, GREAT STAFF, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Provided by YP.comSweet teachers, but the administration protects the baby bullies. My child was hit, bitten, kicked by the same children for a period of 6 months. All the bad two year olds were in the same classroom. Poor classroom management techniques.
Children copy what they see at home. But I do not blame Mr. ElScotsman. A child has the right to go to school and NOT BE HARMED. Once is bad behavior, twice it starts becoming a habit, three times is assault.
Ms. YbB if you start hitting people at work, you would also be accused of assault. If your 20 month old would be the one being scratched, punched, bit, and kicked, you would not be such a happy pants.

I am the mother of the (20) month old child you are labeling a bully. I’ll start by saying I have yet to meet a (20) month old in my lifetime that is deserving of that title. You left out some very important details from your post. Yes, you did call the police and Florida Department of Children and Families (FDCF) over at least one incident. I know because FDCF called me and explained the situation and the nature of your complaint. The FDCF worker started and ended the conversation by stating your allegations where determined unfounded. As a single mother, I am grateful to Bright Horizons – Boynton Beach who cares for my son daily, to enable me to work. My son may have started off as a high energy toddler but has transitioned into one of their model students as a result of their patience and knowledgeable staff. I’ve noticed when we walk through the door at Bright Horizons their staff great both parent and children alike by first name, they take a special interest in each child’s development. I especially appreciate my son’s teachers; one teacher who will comfort my son those mornings my son does not want me to leave, another teacher who has helped give me guidance on childrearing and his full-time teacher who has been patient and instrumental in molding his high energy behavior into a stellar student. My son has developed quite the camaraderie with all his classmates, they seek him out as much as he enjoys playing with them. Lastly, I can’t help but ask what kind of grown man calls the police on a (20) month old child. What were your expectations, that a (20) month old child be put in handcuffs? Bright Horizons does their job competently and they should be recognized for this, which I am sure is not easy dealing with a high volume of children and a few bad tempered parents like you. A piece of advice to you, next time your son encounters any type of situation at school instead of calling the police, you may want to engage the other child’s family, POLITELY. You would be surprised to find most people want the same things for their children; to be in/and help create a happy, healthy and safe environment throughout the day. Provided by YP.comDO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THIS DAYCARE!!! The management of this day care is delorable! They allow and facilitate the children to be ABUSED! My son is repeatedly bullied by a problem child in this day care and the situation is allowed to continue because expelling the bully would mean lost profit! I had to call the police to report the abuse and they have been reported to the Florida Department of Children and Families! The known bully physically injured my child! And this bully has injured other children; I have witnessed this when dropping off and picking my child. My child has nightmares and is not eating well and is showing anxiety because of this horrible Bright Horizons at Boynton Beach. And the management's response is, "He (the bully) is doing so much better in his behavior." In the mean time he injures my child and terrorizes the other children so that the manager doesn't lose the $1000 a month fee for keeping the bully. Up to this physical injury incident of my child, I had to complain three times that they would not properly clean my child and he was dirty with food on his face and clothing even though I had left multiple out fit changes for him. Three weeks ago my child was ill and I was called to come pick him up. I arrived and found my child laying on a couch in his own pool of vomit!!! You are fair warned about the incompetence and total uncaring greed of this shoddily managed, poor excuse for a daycare that is clothed in lies, marketing hype, and over priced greed that cares nothing for the welfare of the children they are entrusted with. This day care should be closed! Avoid it at all cost if you care and love your child.
