Absolute worst service I have ever received at an MRI center. First, scheduling was a nightmare took close to 10 calls to setup appointment and confirm my payment which was way off. Second, not made aware of injection that need to be done along with rude front desk personnel. Thirdly, MRI results different from other two MRIs in the past and herniation and bulges just don't disappear. Even my ortho confirmed they were still there but this location refused to talk to me. Lastly, they talked to me when I figured out the overcharged me close to $325 for my MRI. Go anywhere else than this location. Drive to Boca if you have to but this place is run horribly, not sure if machines are calibrated correctly, personnel know what they are doing and not remorseful for errors even laughing, and lastly refuse to talk with you about results. Received no confirmation number for refund which i luckily got after threatening to report them to my insurance. With so many choices please get a real opinion and not deal with obnoxious/rude people. They acted like they were working for free or not getting paid if I did that at my job I wouldn't have one the next day. Can't say enough negative things about this place. Wish I could give negative stars.
