THAT LADY WAS VERY RUDE WOULDNT PAY FOR HER CLOTHES , she was very rude she through the clerk the money and made her fetch it like a dog , she was very inappropriate use profanity all me while the clerk remain calm and collected and didn't call the police on her This place is very nice staff will help you as much as they can have the best attitude best quantity never had an issue with this dry cleaner ever

I went to this dry cleaners for the first time, the manager gave me 8 different receipts, I asked the manager for my total and the manager told me that they were extremely busy and I had to calculate my totals from the various receipts. I went through each receipt and calculated the totals, while still at the dry cleaners in front of the manager. Upon return to pick up my clothing, the clerk provided me with a higher total, when I asked the clerk why the discrepancy, the clerk looked at my order and informed me that they forgot to give me a ticket. The clerk contacted the manager (Rodolfo) who was rude and asked me if I never made a mistake in my life. No one took responsibility for their mistake and they could not give me my clothes unless I paid the difference that they never informed me about to begin with. I had to leave the dry cleaners and come back with the difference in order to get my clothes.

Provided by YP.comMy first time giving my business to Jackie's One Price Dry Cleaning, actually becomes "Two" price if you don't pick up within 30 days as they surprise the customer with a $10.00 late fee. Take a look at the receipt they provide, big bold letters "Welcome New Customer", then below in very small font $10.00 late fee. They should at least inform and/or have the customer initial late fee policy on receipt provided. I asked the manager, if he could waive late fee as goodwill, he could care less if he kept me as a potential long term customer. I guarantee that they'll get their $10.00 dollars worth of free negative advertisement as I'll be happy to tell all my friends, family and business associates to steer clear of Jackie's One Price Dry Cleaning. The owner should consider investing in Customer Retention Training!

Provided by YP.comI had my mother bring my suit along with many other articles of clothing in for "dry cleaning". My brand new suit worth about $800 from Hugo Boss was shrunk and clearly tossed around because the seams were coming undone. It no longer fit. We have been bringing our nice clothing here for a while never with any sort of problems. I walked back in hoping to find some sort of reasonable solution as anyone would. I encountered a manager who claimed my jacket but pants were not "in their system" implying I was lying and threw me out because he couldn't be bothered to listen. Not the owner the manager. I am not a scam artist and resent being implied as such. I understand there is always a chance that something like this happens in this line of business but the respect that was given to me was unbelievable. After a bit of back and forth I was told the owner was going to contact me and create some sort of solution ASAP. I still have not received a phone call. This is a fair warning to all! DO NOT DO USE THIS PLACE! They take no responsibility and do not care about their clients.

Provided by YPmobileFirst of all whoever that owner is need to get rid of this "manager" cause he's going to ruin this business. This guy his extremely disrespectful. I started using them about 5 months even though I moved to Fort-Lauderdale I still go there and they've done such a great Job everyone there were so nice. I recently picked up my white coats and they were exactly how I gave them. I wish I could post pictures no kidding make up, dirt on the collars, hair,sweat mark, even still smell I went there tell the gentleman what was going and left then the manager called and said you need to pick up the jacket back we're not going to do anything and hung up on me. When I went there he was just so nasty I couldn't believe it. There was actually another customer returning a dress too. Just prevent going there you will start with fresh clean clothes then they will start giving them back just as you brought them. lots of other customers complained about the same thing.

Provided by YPmobileI spilt red wine all over my dress last month at a wedding. I thought that was the end of the dress after going to several cleaners in my area. A friend told me to give this place a try and I am so glad I did. The girl at the counter was so nice and helpful and to my surprise when I came to pick up my dress was like new! So happy I found a place like this and I will be back soon.

Provided by YPmobileI began using this dry cleaner when the one I had enjoyed using for many years closed a few months ago. I have given them more than enough opportunities- about a dozen visits- but I will not be returning, more because of the terrible customer interaction skills of the plus-sized African American clerk who works the desk most days. She ALWAYS has a snide, condescending remark, glares at the customers and handles our clothing- both incoming and outgoing- roughly. When I asked about their procedures for cleaning a vintage couture piece I had brought in, she sneered and said, "This is one-stop cleaning. What do you expect?" Then she told me that it was ugly and no one would want to wear it (no exaggeration!). What do I expect? At the very least I expect to be treated with courtesy & respect. And from here on in I will bring our cleaning elsewhere to get it.

Provided by YP.comThis place is horrible! Never ever take anything worth anything to you to this place. We took in a cream colored dress and it came back blue. When we explained it to them , they stated they thought the dress looks fine and we must sweat blue! Really! Sweat blue. Worst place ever. Don't waist your time. If you have had a similar issue, follow our lead and contact a lawyer. This type off business practice needs to be stopped.
It is always upsetting when we see a customer who is not satisfied. We do what we can to restore garments to their best condition when cleaning them but can not always get all the stains out. In this situation the customer explained the garment has been cleaned over ten times and she never had a problem. She continued to scream I don't sweat blue which is obvious but when we looked at the dress and what her complaint was we could not understand why she kept saying this. In south florida with the heat most people have problems with underarm stains. Sweat can discolor a fabric.The idea that we would put blue die under someones arm pits and nowhere else on the dress is not even possible. We tried to ask what she would like us to do and what her concerns were but she picked up her dress yelled and walked out. We would love an opportunity to rectify the situation as long as the customer speaks calmly and clearly. We understand how it can be upsetting when you are not satisfied with the product and apologize for the inconvenience.

Provided by YP.comI am absolutely enjoying writing this review...I totally agree with what the others have said...Amazing customer service, reasonable pricing, and quality work. I walked in one evening at 6:50pm (they close at 7pm) expecting to be demoralized for coming in so late. That wasn't the case, I walked in apologizing and was returned with a smile and a welcome. After my initial shock, I thought ok this place is going to be pricey, wasn't the case. Could it be that a friendly dry cleaner exists?! I think it does. Will give the fifth star after I've used them for a year and the consistency of service stays the same.

Provided by YPmobileJust when I had begun to lose faith that great customer service still existed, I found Jackie's One Price Dry Cleaners. I was initially lured there by low prices, but will remain a loyal customer because of excellent customer service. The other night, they stayed 15 minutes after closing just so I could pick up my dry cleaning. When I arrived, they were standing at the door with my clothes and a smile. It was such a simple gesture, staying a little late to help a customer, but one that went above what I have come to expect. Jackie's puts the customer in customer service!

Provided by YP.comHave been going to this dry-cleaners ever since they opened about 3 months ago and this is after trying 4 other dry cleaners in the Boynton Beach area. So far so good. The owner, Jackie, is really nice and has great customer service as well as her staff. Her prices are very reasonable and the service is great! Never had any issues with our clothes after getting them dry cleaned, laundered, or when alterations are done (seamstress on site). I got my wedding dress cleaned there for an unbelievable price. While the other local dry cleaners were charging $160 or more, this place charged me much less and did a good job on it. I definitely recommend this dry-cleaners.
