Attention shoppers!



I would not recommend buying from this company, I purchased a charm for my son and specifically asked if it could be returned, I was assured that it was returnable.



The same day I attempted to return the item but the story changed their story to only allowing exchanges, versus returns.



I did escalate my complaint to someone by the name of Nancy, who is apparently a manager. She initially said they train their employees to mention that no refunds are allowed, and she would consider allowing me to return the item. Then upon calling her back, she too changed her story and said it was not returnable.



She refused to provide me with the owner's information. I will continue to research and fight this in hopes to obtain a resolution, but in the meantime, wanted everyone else to be aware. You better make sure its something you or whoever you buy it for will want before paying as they will NOT allow you to return the item, and they do not clearly state that either!
