In the month of October 2016, i got a flyer about a local Orange Theory in Boynton Beach, FL and i went to check it out. Half of the work-out group was doing cardio and half were working with weights. After a while the groups switched places. I had a hard time following the group and i could not find the weight that were appropriate for my needs. The staff was not able to attend to all the members at the same time. After the class, i was not satisfied and i had expressed the same feeling to the staff and the owner.

The owner of the club promised 3 more free classes with different trainers and said that it would help me make a better decision. The owner also insisted that i sign a paperwork for a 99$/month membership on the very same day. He said if i still was not interested after the free classes I could still cancel and that i wont be charged. After signing the paperwork, he disclosed another shocker. He said, soon, that the club is not going to allow people to rent heart rate monitors for free. He said that it would be mandatory for me to buy a heart rate monitor from the club.

On 28th of October, i had called the club and expressed that I was never been able to use the free classes and that 99/month along with a purchase of a heart rate monitor, was too high for my budget. The female staff who answered the call gave me few other options and i felt that they were still expensive. I had asked if there was an option of taking 5 classes a month for 59$.

However, on 3rd November i saw a charge on my bank statement for 69$ from Orange Theory.

On 2nd December 2016, i saw another charge from Orange Theory for 69$. I was in total shock that they still keep withdrawing money from my account.

I called Orange Theory again and asked why they keep withdrawing money and the staff says that my paperwork says that i agree to pay for another 30 days from the date of cancellation.
