This must be the training ground for bureaucrat stupidity. I went in to open an account for my out of town customer and was told that I had everything needed to open an account but they refused to open it because they want the owner to mail it to them from another state, I couldn't hand it to them.

To bad we have no choice of who we use for water service. Someday that will change like the telephone companies, once people got sick of the service. To ask a simple question, and be told that there are 31 people holding is unbelievable. Who can wait on a phone that long. With all of the people looking for work, could you not hire a few more customer service reps???? Can't afford to???? LOL
