WARNING: Took multiple attempts to contact them to make order in the first place. That should have been my first clue. Order took nearly a month to deliver. Took it home and opened box to discover item is defective! Material has large worn nearly ripped through spot. Arm cushions are misshapen and do not fit into the holes where they belong. Item has flimsy construction and the strangest composition that feels like you are literally sitting on a stack of fiberglass. Many more phone calls unanswered, I shot them off an email including pictures of the item I received that in no way resembled what I'd ordered and asked for a refund. I was told "I should've expected this given the low price and that 'special orders' do not qualify for a refund." What was special about my order? That it took so long to receive from back order? I went through the same process they told me was standard: Look through catalogs in small warehouse office. Pay and order with blind trust. Will never do "business" this way again. STAY AWAY!!!
