Don't do it! My son was thrown out after he drank and was left on the streets. By the time I tried to fly him home there were no flights because of the upcoming hurricane Sandy. Considering he was recovering from an opiate addiction and only 21 years old, this was a big problem. Scott kept a full weeks rent and ALL of my sons spending money that I had entrusted to him so he could give him $20 a day. This money was not rightfully his. He is a scammer, requires cash only and provides no receipts, BEWARE! Most house members were not attending 12 step meetings and he wasn't drug tested at all the entire time he was there. The kitchen was unsanitary, mattresses were old and stained, and there were bed bugs. This is a flop house, there is no recovery support as he advertises. There are many more appropriate recovery homes in the area, I would suggest staying away.
