I bought a home from The Mobile Home Way.
When i went to see it , it was being refurbished. Jorge the manager was there and he said the place would be beautiful and all the issues would be taken care of. I went to his office and gave him a 2000.00 dollar deposit. Unfortunately, i didn't get his promises in writing. the sales agent Jessica also assured me that he does good work. She said it will be perfect.
Before i was even approved he pressured me to close??? He threatened to sell to another person who offered him more!!! I told him i wanted an inspection and he replied " i'm not fixing anything else".
I assumed that the leaking roof was repaired. i also assumed that the property would be free of garbage.as promised...

The roof wasn't touched! I have a bucket to catch the rain! The yard and shed are full of garbage! I'm a disabled Senior Citizen and I told Jorge that . He only cared about his money.
He didn't do anything that he said he would. I am now stuck with a shed full of garbage and no way to clean it! It cost me 1100.00 to replace all the appliances! he gave me a 400.00 credit for stove and dishwasher. I needed a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and washing machine. Also, he was aware of the base cabinet in the kitchen is waterlogged and needs replacement! It's a terrible thing to take advantage of people. He is a heartless person.
