They do fabulous work, only and always! I don’t think twice before going into the reasonably priced store.

One word: HORRIBLE! As previous comment said: owner is rude. The wife seemed to me shy and scared. It was a really bad and weird feeling when I get in the store. I left my shoe to repair for a little tiny hole that was going on. He made such a mess! Open the hole bigger, I got my shoe back all "melted"! A disgusting job! Bad bad bad!! And on top, he got the guts to tell that it was the best he could do because they were used and full of holes! So I could add "liar".

That was my 1st time being there. The owner was so rude, so mean. He even didnt smile at all. The way he talks to me seemed like I.... do really need him, otherwise, i'll die. He doesnt care the customer. I was afraid of looking at him when he asked me when im available to pick it up? I dont really know how long it takes him to fix my shoe, how can i know that what time he'll be done to be back? Thats so stupid question. His eyes were so.... scary! Never ever be back this hell place

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! The woman who does alterations (owner's wife) is absolutely rude!!!!! Overpriced and terrible work. She was yelling at a customer when I walked in.
