Provided by YP.comI'm so happy with my new home - the location, price, neighbors, interior and exterior are great! The walls are so good that I can blast music at any time and no one hears it - I walk out the door and can't even hear it just outside the door! Every problem I've ever had was swiftly taken care of as well, these are the guys you want to rent from!
The property managers, Delphina and Keith, are awesome too!

Provided by YP.comWe rented a house from Aspen Properties in May 2017. Unfortunately, I could not adjust to the altitude/elevation there and we had to move October 12, 2017 due to five (5) ER visits and upon my doctor's advice that I move to another state with lower altitude. Therefore, we had to break our one-year lease.
We just received reimbursement from our security deposit and Aspen only deducted carpet cleaning and painting one wall due to our TV that was mounted on the wall. We were pleasantly surprised, plus they gave us credit for renting it before the end of October.
The office staff was very efficient and we never had a problem.
We are very happy with Aspen Properties and they were very professional. They are a reputable business.

Provided by YP.comTerrible property management company to deal with. The offices are scrambled and I have had problems dealing with them from day one. The day I was suppose to sign the lease we made an appointment and when I arrived nothing had been written. They forgot who to add one of my roommates and couldn't spell the others name correctly. The day we were told we could move in they had given us the wrong keys and we were locked out until the next Monday. The offices rarely answer a phone call and never returned a message left for them to call me back. Maintenance requests take forever to process and even going to the office to make an emergency request fails to get their attention. Had to wait days for an issue with the plumbing which left us without a bathroom.
Absolutely terrible company to deal with and I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. After my lease is up I will never be renting through Aspen Properties again.
Seriously, find someone else to rent from!!

Provided by YP.comTerrible. Never gave me a check in sheet when I moved in so they could keep charging people for the same damage that they refuse to fix. Not only did they ignore repeated requests for major repairs, they then tried to charge me for the damage when I moved out. Developed a major problem with mold due to leaky windows and roof, frozen and burst pipes warped floors terrible electrical that would blow for no reason and for all this they didn't fix they raised my rent. For the health and safety of my family we moved out and it's been more than 80 days and still no deposit. If you are property owners know that they will not maintain your property. If you are renters know that you will be paying for their neglect. If you are thinking of renting from them or having them manage your property, I suggest you call their emergency numbers and leave a message in the office saying you need repairs and see if you get a call back...ever.

Provided by YP.comIt is not often you hear good words about a property management company, but I can honestly say these guys have been nothing but great from day one!! Krystal and Natalie have always been easy to work with and are extremely helpful.

Provided by YP.comIf I could not give any stars to this company that is what I'd do. They are awful. Our house lost power, after calling their "emergency numbers" and not receiving any answer (one was out of service) it took an hour for the maintenance to call back. After we explained the situation he didn't even offer to come check anything out. He just said that they would call an electrician in the morning. The office is unorganized and they rarely answer the phones. Our house has had a serious MOLD problem and they wouldn't come fix it. There are many problems with the house that we have repeatedly asked for help with and they refuse to help. They are constantly trying to charge money for just about anything they can and are very deceitful. If you have any other options for a rental company go with it because you do NOT want to rent from Aspen Properties.

Provided by YPmobileI just moved to Bozeman from Denver. I had to stay in a motel room while Inwas looking for an apartment to libe in. I shiwed up at Aspen at 9 am and told them I really needed a place right away. Kristin showed me a cite apartment on the North side that had just been remodeled. I came baxk and filled out an application and said I really loved the place. Two hours later, Aspen had approved my application! I was thrilled! Krystal made the lease signing very comfortable and offered me a bottle of water and gave me some chocolate for my new apartment. I had a wonderful experience with the entire crew.

Provided by YP.comAspen Properties has been managing our properties fdr almost 20 years now. We own a 4 plex and an individual house. Because of a family tragedy we had to sell the properties, but I just wanted to say a big thanks to Aspen for managing our properties, we always received our money timely and the staff has been so friendly to deal with, we would recommend them highly to anyone wanting property managmement.

Provided by YP.comIf only there was a way to give zero stars. Let's start with the application process shall we. At the the top of the rental application for Aspen Properties is a bold note saying that it takes 2-3 business days to process an application. It took over 3 months, with me calling once a week, for them to finally give me any notice on my application status other than that they were pretty busy. Then comes the maintenance requests. The house developed a leak from the upstairs bathroom and instead of responding to 10+ requests, Aspen chose to wait 2 months while our water bill spiked to handle the situation. When they did send a technician he showed up two hours past the time we were told. Rent checks have been misplaced for 24 hrs or more, Aspen has failed to show up for inspections that they schedule, and they rarely answer their phone on the 1st or 2nd try meaning most interaction with them must be done in person during their convenient 9-3 M-F business hours... If you want a run-down, mold infested house for $75/mo more than any of your surrounding neighbors, love dealing with a completely incompetent business for all your service needs, and have a desire to rent from the absolute worst company in Bozeman, rent from Aspen. Otherwise, let an 8 year old handle all your rental needs, they'd run the business better... Swindlers indeed...

Provided by YP.comIf you are looking for a rental agency that will respond to service requests months after you request it, aspen is for you. If your looking to lose you deposit aspen is for you. If your looking to have the worst experience in your life while renting a home, aspen is for you... ignore all of the gleaming posts on any web page!! why would a happy tenant take the time to post something positive, would you? NO, you only post something when you are trying to warn others about poor service.............. You will be extremely disappointed if your rent with aspen, and you will be even more disappointed if you choose to have your rental managed with aspen.... swindlers

Provided by YP.comWere great when we signed up with them, terrible to leave.
To be clear, their maintenance staff was prompt and great. The initial check-in went smoothly, and for they took complaints about other tenants seriously.
But do not go with them.
A few friends of ours signed on with them per our suggestion. Had the same great check-in process, but when it came time for them to move at the end of their lease, getting their deposit check back was a nightmare. I should note that one of them is OCD, so the house was immaculate and they were promised the entire deposit back.
However, they did not get it back. Not within the 30 days. Not within 60 days. They were given the run-around for over two months. They were told that it had gone to the wrong address (he had gone in and given it in writing and in person with a hard copy of the paper for himself as well). He called them to give them the right address. At which point they said that the check had been received already. He told them to void the check and send it. They said that they couldn't do that. I went in and vouched for him, and told them to get him his check. Finally, after +70 days, they got only part of their deposit check back. Apparently, new items of concern had been found, so they docked a few hundred.
Then it came time for us to move. We had the same problem. Complete runaround on getting the check for our deposit. But, because I had dealt with the problem with my friends, I kept documentation of every interaction in the process. I went in to the office in person and gave my new address to "Megan" (I think there is more than one) printed by my new landlord! I gave it over the phone, and gave a copy of it at the time of my exit review. It was also on the receipt for the carpet cleaning, and bill forwarding that I gave them. Still, with all that, we've had the same issues.
I called once a week regarding the check through the 1st 30 days. They said that they had 30 days and that they'd get it out before the 30 days was up. I called them a week after the 30 days was up, and they claimed that they had mailed it within the first two weeks of the last month...which is impossible because I had called after that supposed date, and they had said that they wouldn't mail it yet.
So, either there is complete incompetence in their accounting, or they are trying to swindle people. In either case, that is not what you want in a landlord. We actually made the choice after our friends' debacle to not rent from an agency again, because it's too easy to get bamboozled when dealing with more than one person.

Provided by YP.comThey are great! They helped me get into a place really fast! I moved rolled into town on a Monday and was moving my stuff into my new home by that Thursday! So far they have helped with everything I've needed. Had a leak in the kitchen- fixed, my door dragged across the ground- fixed, and my washing machine stopped working- replaced! They have been nothing but nice, considerate and helpful!

Provided by YP.comWe have been renting from Aspen Properties for almost 10 years now. We are extremely happy and think that they have the friendliest girls in the whole world working at that office, they sure are good to deal with.

Provided by YP.comAfter renting a property through Aspen Properties for 8 months, I can honestly say it has been not only the worst experience with any property management company EVER, but also the worst experience in my 27 years of life!!! Aspen lacks customers service, neglects major repairs, and so much more! I would never rent through Aspen ever again and am completely shocked how they have been in business so long.
