We were looking for an adapter for our Bob Jogging Stroller and Bibs and Binkies popped up in Google. I had a question about the one we needed so I emailed the email on the website. I wasn't expecting a returned email; however, within an hour of emailing the address, the OWNER - Rachel emailed us back! I was so impressed! She answered all of our questions and was so responsive. We don't even live in MT and she helped us! I will be keeping their website in my favorites list to shop from them for now on. I was so incredibly impressed with their customer service and availability of products! If we ever take a trip to MT, we will definitely be popping by! Thank you Rachel! You rock!
