I had the unfortunate experience of using this agency's services. Before even leaving the gate, as it were, these individuals' demeanor is rude, crude and completely uncalled for. I have never in my working career dealt with anyone so unprofessional, e.g., they never return phone calls, and when one manages to get someone on the phone, they attempt to talk over the other party. It's a mystery how they stay open for business. Here's hoping they go belly-up in the not-too-distant future. They deserve nothing less.
