In trying to visit this complex I had to come back three times. The staff was showing apartments each time I arrived. This was very frustrating. This apartment complex is very expensive. They charge for water, sewer and trash but include internet and cable "in the rent". They also charge if you want a carport. They advertise that they have 1 bedroom apartments but they only have one. They charge pet rent. They will keep your deposit to "hold your apartment" and will keep it after 72 hours (did not tell me this) but put my check through right away and did not have me write different checks for the application fee and deposit to hold the apartment, they didn't separate the application fee and deposited the check right away. I lost $230, $30 for the application fee and I did not take the apartment due to the very high price. Overall, the staff was friendly and getting approved was quick. Just very expensive. Other complexes and rentals in Bozeman are cheaper.
