Cons: They have a theft problem so not a good idea to store valuables in their units. No security or cameras. Don't expect them to offer any electronic billing or payment options. Checks and cash only. Don't recommend paying cash due to inadequate record keeping. Pros: Great location and fairly good prices.

They are extremely unorganized and extremely rude.I had to get things to storage very last minute. I called Osterman's twice to reserve a unit. I was told to come in to the office in the afternoon. But when I went, the customer service agents hadn't reserved anything and were subsequently quite rude when I seemed confused. I haven't been treated that badly in a long time. I'm flabbergasted.
