Good food, and I like that things are reused there. However not many things are FROM Montana. But I think the food is good, and I take my family there every time they visit.

Really?

I went to Ted's Montana Grill last night with a friend. Last night was father's day, so of course it was busy. Since I have never eaten there, my friend suggested that we wait. We waited. And waited. And then we waited some more. Finally we were seated. Our waiter was a friendly man, who took good care of us. Unfortunately, the food was not as good as the service. I ordered the beer can chicken with a side of roasted asparagus and a side of garlic mashed potatoes. For $15 I got a piece of roasted chicken that was not only dry, but seasoned skimpily (actually it was completely flavorless); 5 stalks of under cooked aspargus; and NOT garlic mashed potatoes. What happened to those poor potatoes, I cannot know... but I imagine that they were boiled, and then mashed. Mashed with no cream, butter, cheese, or any other ingredients. Gross. In an attempt to salvage the meal, my friend ordered a side of gravy for my potatoes. What did we get? We got a salad dressing cup full of demi glaze. WHO WOULD WANT DEMI GLAZE ON MASHED POTATOES AND ROASTED CHICKEN? Ok, Maybe the service wasn't so great. If someone is serving you food, and they fail to understand that two flavors do not in any way compliment each other they probably shouldn't be serving you food. After this "delightful" dining experience, I come to find out that no one else seems to enjoy this restaurant either. Not only that, but one woman told me that she actually had to send wine back two different times because it had spoiled. All in all? I would give this venue zero stars, if yellow pages would allow it. I would never recommend eating here.

Pass it over

Ted's MontanTa Grill? This listing is misspelled. Anyways, my problem is the fact that the restaurant is named Ted's MONTANA Grill, but none of his product comes from Montana. The food was good, but when the waitress told me this, I was shocked and decided I would never go back. If you're going to use the Montana name, feed us Montana grown food! That being said, it's expensive and the food is so-so. Not worth it.
