Three weeks ago I hired Keeping it Clean for a ‘deep clean’ for a house I have for sale. Upon inspection I found none of the window sills cleaned, the microwave not cleaned, counters were cleaned around all appliances, none of the sliding windows were cleaned (requested) nor were the slider tracks and under all the furniture the wood floors were not vacuumed. I reached out Diane who promised to come later that day to fix it. She never came. She promised to come the next day, but never came. After back and forth texts she promised to refund 1/2 my fee. A week later, no check, no word. Two weeks later, no check, no word. I told Diane if no check comes after week three, I would share my experience with social media. Keeping it Clean did a terrible job. Twice I was promissed it would be fixed. It wasn’t. And I have still have not received my refund. My review “don’t use or trust this company, or it’s owner”.

Diane arrived on time. Was in and out in a little over an hour. Carpet looks great. She was able to get some spots out that had been there awhile. Good job, thanks Diane!

Diane did a great job cleaning the carpets in my rental house. Was flexible and worked with my schedule. Prompt, thorough and professional!
