We contracted with him for a fishing trip for the next day, paying a $270.00 deposit. He called to say he would be 1 hour late. We waited on the dock for 3 extra hours and then we cancelled. Since he had our deposit I rescheduled and

we waited for 2 hrs for him. NO show, no call. He received a strong warning from the Bradenton police to return our phone call and deposit and we did not hear anything for 4 weeks. Due to the bad press we have generated in order to protect other tourists we recently received the deposit from one of his family members who saw our complaint to the Better Business Bureau. We understand this guy is an exception to the professional fishing charter business on the islands so don't be hesitant to contract with others.
