Doesn't cater to families with teenagers.I had a family of 6 staying in the 2 bed unit.They only gave me 4 towels,when I asked for more,they refused and said I had enough. Our sofa sleeper bed had no linenes and the office closed at 5pm so we didn't have any.I took my four kids to the pool and the management had a fit within 15 minutes. We were celebrating a birthday and invited a friend and her kids to the resort with permission and were accused of harboring more people in the room. The toilet overflowed at midnight and I had to change rooms. I was disappointed I had booked it for 3 nights at $175 when the sign out front says $99 summer rate. I was told to never return because they didn't like me and that I should've booked with Tradewinds. I have never been treated like this before and have visited this island many times.
