We bowled 2 games - 1 adult, 2 children. When we left we sat our shoes on the counter and told the woman which lane we were and that we were finished. A few weeks later we get our credit card statement and were charged over $100?!! We had to call twice to try to straighten it out and during the 2nd call we were told we bowled 16 games... even though we were only there for an hour. Apparently we didn't get checked out properly when we left, so someone came in behind us and bowled a 14 more games and WE got charged for it. We have been told there is nothing that can be done and we have to pay the charge. That's just poor customer service and we will never be back.
