Excellent service, cooperative staff

Only went there because I needed a COMPOUNDED PRESCRIPTION...1st pharmacy that could NOT read a script..said they'd call doc & call me back.. I had to call twice the next day.. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK...24 hours later said OK, ready next day (2nd) around noon.. got there after 2PM and still had to wait almost 45 minutes...Demanded DL (I have NEVER had to produce that for an RX), then attempted to charge me double of what I was quoted.. In addition, RX called for 2 2oz containers with droppers... This COMPOUNDING RX said they did NOT have such a thing, so I had to go to yet another pharmacy and pay additional costs for the containers with droppers...One star only because they DID give me at quoted cost.. after I challenged them on it. And they were a lot cheaper than Sarasota. With that said, I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN....WAL MART & PUBLIX RX TREATED ME BETTER THAN THIS...There is another compounding pharmacy by Blake and another in Sarasota...The Sarasota one is VERY expensive and didn't accept any insurance...

My having repeated frustration with a chain store pharmacy, brought me to this neighborhood pharmacy. There is such a difference in the attitude of the people in a store like this one, not driven by quotas, but by making customers smile, and going out of their way to insure your satisfaction. Helpful direction regarding best pricing, generics, etc. ....and the pharmacist is cute!!!!!

Been a patient for years. They have always gone above and beyond to take care off me. The staff is fast and knowledgeable. I won't go anywhere else!!!!!

I have been using Bayshore Pharmacy for about 4 years now! since I do not drive, they deliver my medication to me, which is a great convenience!!

Excellent service. Always kind and courteous. Going out of their way to give good service to make customers happy. Never rude and always friendly. They are always prompt and never make you wait a long time and recogniZe you immediately. They call you by your first name which gives you personalized service. They always call your insurance to verify payment.

Wonderful friendly hometown pharmacy! These people truly value and appreciate your business, unlike the big retail stores who could care less . Their co pays are just as low or lower... Free diabetic and antibiotics meds!! Oh yea FREE delivery also. Give them a try..., you will be glad you did!

This is an EXCELLENT pharmacy! The staff is kind, the service is SO MUCH faster than the larger pharmacies. Soni and her staff are DEFINATELY ladies and gentlemen. I think any negative reviews are untruthful. If a script isn't legit, they WILL NOT FILL IT, as Bayshore Pharmacy is an ETHICAL PHARMACY. Steer clear of this pharmacy. The pharmacist was condescending and unexpectedly rude. Take your business elsewhere.

Soni is always accommodating as well as the rest of the staff. Always cheerful and willing to help. This is the way all pharmacies should be.

I have been using this pharmacy for several years since they first opened. Soni and her staff have always been extremely helpful and I have never had a bad experience so far. I will continue to use them as long as they are in business.

the pharmacist was very rude.he closes its doors an hour or an hour and a half before office hours are even exposed to be closed.and instead of just apologizing to me he told me that he can close his store whenever she feels like it.so if I were you and have to take the bus or even drive I might want to call even at business hours just to make sure.

This pharmacy is wonderful. Soni has gone out of her way to help. My meds were stolen and she helped me through the process of getting them refilled. Katie is a joy to see each time I go in.

This pharmacy is very unethical in the way it operates. They seem to pick and choose which prescriptions they want to fill accord to prices. If you are a chronic pain sufferer you have big problems here as they will only fill your pain meds which we all know are super expensive today, only if your have many other non narcotic prescriptions. They are trying to corner people into bringing all there scripts there so as to make a large profit off of you. This is not right dr. writes a script you should be able to fill at the pharmacy of your choice regardless of cost. I was treated by the owner of this place like a second class citizen and lied to as well. I can'nt and will not recommend this pharmacy to anybody!!

I used to fill all my priscription from walgreen since long but I never been satisfied because they never have my medicines in their stock so I switched my business to neighbour pharmacy called Bayshore Pharmacy which have very good and helpful pharmacist( Soni). She is really Kind helpful and ready to help anyway!!!!
