Horrid. Went there with my son to get him some clothes and when he finished trying on clothes, we couldn't find the hanger to put the clothes back on that we didn't want. We even went around the corner looking for it so I told my son just leave the clothes in the dressing room. A few moments later this woman comes around the corner yelling at my son to go put the clothes up. I said excuse me to the woman at which point she yelled at me demanding that we go put the clothes up. If she had been doing her job we would have seen her and she could have helped us find the hang up rack, but she wasn't. We complained to the manager: however nothing was done, when we left that same woman whose name was Yolanda laughed at us while we left. Beals could care less about customer service at all.
