My father-in-law purchased an expensive cloth diapering gift set that was suppose to come with an in-home consultation to help get a new mom started with cloth diapering. My son and I had complications during labor, and we both spent an extra week at the hospital. Bippy left the gift basket at our house, and they told my father-in-law that they would come back out when the baby and I left the hospital. My son is now a month old, and I've called Bippy repeatedly to set up the consultation. No one will return my calls. I must assume that now that their expensive sale as been made, Bippy is disinterested in following up with any level of service. Service is the only thing a local boutique outfit has over ordering with a behemoth like Amazon. Since Bippy is not interested in service, I would recommend saving your money and buying a diapering setup through Amazon.
