The people that work in the office are so unprofessional and RUDE! They make you feel like you are inconveinceing THEM! Get off your FATT butts and quit being so MEAN and NASTY and do your job RESPONSIBLY and keep in mind of customer service!

We have worked ourselves through more than our fair share of management companies and have found our home with C&S. We have found them to be very responsive to our needs in managing our community. Our manager is very communicative and knowledgeable not only with the Board but also with our residents. If you are looking for a new management company you could not do better.

Their property managers are over worked and can't keep up to their workload. Very poor response time - if you can get somebody to answer the phone. The accounting department is arrogant. Their record keeping is terrible.
