Terrible!!!!! - rude - lousy job and lousy attitude . I brought in my Escalade for a full cleaning which I paid for. When it was time for them to clean interior - they did not even vacuum all carpet . They were too lazy to open rear door and vacuum out back until I forced them to by opening back hatch . They opened one door and sprayed window cleaner throughout the entire car from one door getting windex all over my leather seats - then when they thought they were done and my drivers door had mud on it - i asked the " hispanic guy with an accent who seemed to be in charge " to clean off door . He argued with me that it would take hours to clean but I demanded he spray cleaner in it and wipe it off and when he did - it immediately cleaned off dirt.
He told me that was not his job so I took rag and finished wiping off doors .
He was rude and lazy - He kept saying that was " detail cleaning " which costs alot more . This guy needs to be fired !! Lazy and rude and a very bad reflection for

Worst place I ever been to. The worst part is the management doesn't even care.
