I have been a customer since the store opened for business in the early 2000's. I believe it's been owned and operated by the same woman, first name "D'Arshna" (sp?), since that time. As far as I can tell, all work is done on site. The staff is friendly and accommodating. If you really need something done that day or by the next day the staff will try their best to meet your needs. My wife and I are consistently pleased with the quality of their work. And on the rare occasion when you really need something and you're running late on your way home from work, if you call and tell them you're on the way they will make the effort to stay past closing, if possible, until you can get there (within reason, of course). Personally, I have no complaints and only praise and appreciation for how hard D'Arshna and staff work to please their customers.

I hate to have to bring this cleaner's review stars down, but yesterday I returned two scarves and I Ellen Tracy knit top. One scarf had been pulled in 4 places, the other silk scarf had had the hem undone about 12 inches, and the top had been pressed against something that left shiny dots on the back. I received a call today from Dry Cleaning America alleging another cleaners must have done the damage, because they did not. Enough said.

Finally found a dry cleaner that is knowledgeable< does a great job< always on time< nothing ever missing and no excuses. Very accommodating if I need early. Counter staff very friendly and helpful. always clean clothes. never a smell and pressing great!! definitely recommend.
