These are the rudest people - No customer service skills - Bate and Switch pricing - Was told it was $40 for the month and then they changed it to $40 a week when I got there because I "misunderstood" - their weekly rental is only 6 days and their attitude is rent it or don't rent it they just don't care - do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

Note sure how the other rater got treated , but people hear are just plain mean and nasty. Can't believe it in a health care business. Strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere unless you want mistreatment

Price: Seems like the best prices in town/area to rent equipment (we rented a bed and a wheel chair).



Service: Great, delivery was quick and our needs were immediate. The bed needed servicing and the service man was there that day to see what was needed. He fixed it the very next day.



Billing: Not as good. I called to extend my rental another month and then a couple of weeks later got a phone call that I owed them for the last 2 months. I thought I had already paid the first month when I first got the bed!



Pick up: Once done with the equipment, couldn't schedule a time, not even a day for pick up. Was told they would call when they could pick the bed up for me.



Overall: medium rating, would use again if needed (hopefully won't have another need for a long long time :)
