DON'T LIVE HERE ITS CHEAP AND DRAMA FILLED AND THEY DISCRIMINATE ALL THE TIME. I lived here for 6 months after the second week i realized i made the biggest mistake of my life. the managers are two faced and the owners live out of town. the managers that run the park are so wrapped up in the drama between 3 trailers that they dont have time to fix real problems in their trailers like a broken water heater or broken window or the sewage getting backed up. there is a family in there that is addicted to drama one is in 72 and her parents live 3 trailers over. they are always screaming or fighting and have been known to call dcf on 7 different trailers because they dont get their way or get handouts. you really want to watch the activity at night it is extremely different during the day then it is at night. everyone in there is either Mexican or mentally ill and if you dont fit those categories they will not rent to you. they claim to be drama free but they continue to let people in the park that create drama but those that dont aren't allowed in the park be careful of this place
