hour.They said they could get me a replacement remote for $160.00 but then it wouid have to be Programed at least another $100.00, they said i might get one on the internet.The Viper system was purchased an installed from.by them.After much research research i found out thee system could easily be disabled in about 10 minutes or less.The vehicle(2003 Ford Expedition cold not be started without being disabled. They would not tell me the system could be disabled with the Valet Button.And could be gotten on the Vipper website.They wanted me to pay $250.00 to come and disable it.
