I went to this Citgo to purchase a bottle of water and some snacks. When I handed over my credit card they said you need a minimum purchase of $10.00. I told the clerk that that is in violation of the credit cards rules. She then said then tell my boss that. I was very unhappy with this gas station and will never go back again. It is a violation for stores to require a minimum purchase for Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
