Do NOT buy from this group. I had an emergency on the highway that was covered by this insurance (flat tire), but they didn't cover it. Why? Because I didn't call their emergency number. Why didn't I call it? Because it was not listed on the brochure the dealer gave me. So, even though my plan states that it was covered, since I didn't find a number that wasn't even listed on their own brochure, I have to pay the tow guy myself. Forget the principle of the matter- the fact that I had a legitimate documented emergency that I paid to have covered, it is more important that I find the right number in the middle of my crisis or they are not going to cover what they said they would. As is so typical, the devil is in the details. ANYTHING to get out of paying, huh, guys?! So, if you have an EMERGENCY, make sure that you take the time to find SOME way to find the EXACT phone number to call in the middle of the night on the side of the highway with people driving by at 75 miles per hour and two kids in the car while you are trying to fumble around for a car jack or YOUR SCREWED.
