This man is a breath of fresh air, especially during these times where everyone fast talks with shoddy results. My father used to say to people who were not good at the business they practiced " this is no way to run an airline". I never really understood what that meant as a child. But in these fast paced growing times it is all very clear. Very rarely nowadays do I run across a business that not only has excellent practice values and are very knowledgeable about what they preach, he and his staff are very compassionate, kindhearted patient people.
