Nice interiors but very poorly...

Nice interiors but poorly built. If bedrooms face west, they will be 5 degrees hotter than rest of unit in summer. Can clearly hear upstairs neighbors, music, walking, etc... It's like pulling teeth to get Management company to help with problems.
