They charged me for work that was never done, then got grease all over the leather interior of my car. I called the corporate office and have been looking for a resolution for almost three months now.

Do not make the same mistake as me. Take your car to somewhere else.

Have been a customer over 10 years. Due to last visit, will never come back. These people are crooks!!!!!

We waited 2 1/2 hrs for a front end alignment recheck ( had been done exactly 2 weeks prior) , because new tires were installed some where else and wanted it rechecked. I was told after inquiring and seeing no one attending to it , they couln't find that nites paperwork, but it could't be aligned because it needed (4) ball joints. and a manager would call me with the price at 11:30 Am the next day. I had 2 other places check and was told ball joints were not required. I called the 800 number and the store manager called back and says the tech still says there is slight movement on the lower right bj and to come in tomorrow
