I don't know about the billing. What I do know about is the people. This company kept my father employed until he was 84 years old. It is a kindness that does not exist in corporate America. Most companies start shoving people out the door in their 50s. I realize your billing issues may be a mess, but the people at Vanguard are some of the finest people I have ever known in my life. and I have to defend them That whole staff was so compassionate and human. So I just want to defend them. They gave my dad purpose and that kept him alive.

Seems as though every bill we get is wrong. Trying to make contact with this outfit is next to impossible. Never can make contact with billing.

A big Ripoff. Constantly sending over inflated bill and then they are rude as heck on the phone. Father has limited income and they expect me to send them every single dime to pay for overpriced drugs. Don't listen to patient or patients family wishes. Avoid at all cost!!!

This place was ripping us off. They charged over $130 for a 90 day supply of oxybutnin for my 83 yr old mother in assisted living. Once I checked into it I found that her mail order insurance charges $5 for the same medication. Nearly everyone over 80 yrs old uses this medication and they are ripping off old people. Disgusting and reprehensible. BIG RIP OFF!!! They are ripping off the elderly at every facility they serve. You have been warned.
