Morgan managed all the planning and logistics to feed our group of 15, and then did all the cooking for us that week. Understand that the week was spent on an island with NO other occupants and limited access via motor-boat. Now, add to this that the group included at least two (non-overlapping) sets of life-threatening food allergies, several serious carnivores, and one strict vegetarian. Morgan made the planning both easy and well-suited to everyone's taste, and we all loved what we had to eat! Now, for going above and beyond: he took time to teach and share his recipes as he worked, and kids and great (home) cooks alike learned new things. Yum!
