Bradley Beach bowling alley is the worst! Do not go here! You can go to Sea Girt lanes if you want a good experience! Horrible Management. I had taken my kid with some friends bowling yesterday for her birthday, I had purchased 3 games for them. They had played 2 and then for the 3rd game they wanted bumpers because they kept on getting gutter balls. They went up and asked for them but they lady said no you guys are to old! Thats discrimination! One of her friends got there mom and she pointed out all the other people that have a little kid with them but they are still using the bumpers not just the kids. In the end, we just asked for a refund and she gave me my money back for the last game. The next day I went in to the boss and I was explained what happened and he just kept saying well it is what it is! What kind of person in charge would say that! He just kept defending his employee even though she was wrong in so many other ways (I wont get into that right now). He just kept defending her. I told the boss that this was wrong and that he will be sorry because my kid and her friends live here and they will just tell their friends to stay out of there and when it comes time for winter not a lot of people will come in here and his response was well it is what it is. (PS the last time I went there my daughters uggs got stolen and the people working didnt even care so I tried going there once more and this is just another reason why I shouldnt go there)

I would have given it negative...

I would have given it negative stars if I could. Do not bowl, eat or drink anything here, food is nasty. I am friends with people who work there and found out some scary inside information about the kitchen, staff, lanes, & building. The owners of this place are the cheapest low lifes you'll ever meet. Stay away from Friday and Saturday nights especially, lots of thugs and gang bangers hang out here. Police are always coming in for various reasons. Definitely not a "family" place to go. Drive a few more miles down to Sea Girt Lanes, much much better!

Great Place

This Bowling alley has greatly changed. It is much cleaner with better customer service. Tuesday nights shoes are two dollars along with two dollar games. I have recently joined their bowling league with a couple of my friends. We have great fun while where there.

Horrible Service

If it were possible I would not even give them a star. The customer service there is so poor. The "manager" Dolores has a very bad attitude and thinks way to highly of herself. If you call up to ask for Bradley Beach Bowling hours don't be surprised if you get a fast talking / short tempered lady saying "what do you want? yes we're open," and hang up the phone. After that I called back and waited 'til about the 10th ring until she finally picked up the phone again. I asked for the manager and she says she was the manager, I told her she was very rude and she continues to give an attitude and say that she agreed, "I know I do..." and continued her self-explanation and I'm sure an apology was on the way but I decided to hang up. How could I have forgotten this lady. The last time I was at Bradley Beach Bowl she was the one who also greeted my friend and I in the same manner in March. She clustered groups of customers in the same lane when there were obviously free lanes with breathing room, she was very short with us, and she was too busy to care about any of the customers' problems. There was a young man who was working at the time who tried to get us the other lanes, but in true Dolores fashion she would scream over the music and say "I can't open those lanes because of a league." There was no league, there was just a group of Monmouth University kids and she just wanted to leave the lanes closed so they don't have to deal with them come closing time. If I knew how horrid the service was going to be I would've gone elsewhere. Asbury Lanes (sometimes there's cover for the awesome bands that come through but unlimited bowling) and Sea Girt (very professional and clean + great people) are definitely places to try! Good luck!
