I made an appointment with this counseling service. The person I talked to, who by the way stated she was the "CEO" was very rude and didn't seem to have the time to talk to me. But, I still needed to go to counseling and the therapist was highly recommended. When I arrived at the office, the staff was very unfriendly and didn't want to open the window to talk to me - as if I had some sort of disease. I sat in the waiting room and could hear everything that was going on in the office to my back. That was uncomfortable. The counselor I saw was OK but consumed with my payment source. I would not recommend this counseling service to anyone. They could have made the experience more confidential by sound proofing the waiting room. It would be very nice if the office staff was a bit friendlier - I felt like I was intruding. And, the "CEO" should possibly stop answering the phone because she was not a people person at all. I will be looking for another counseling service.
